**Position:** Data Governance Consultant

**Contract Type:** Inside IR35

**Location:** Fully Onsite in London

**Duration:** 6 Months+

**Salary:** Up to 900 per day

As a Data Governance Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of shaping data strategies for an esteemed defence client, contributing to vital projects in a high-security environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and data integrity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards tailored to the client's needs.

- Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in data governance practices.

- Provide expert guidance and support on data governance best practices and industry standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with data governance requirements.

**What We're Looking For:**

- DV Clearance is essential for this role.

- Proven experience as a Data Governance Consultant or similar role within a classified environment.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles, regulations, and standards.

-Experience conducting data maturity assessments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

-Ideally CDMP certified
