We are working with a cutting edge, modern law firm that operate more like a business, who are looking to bring on a Partner to their Private Client team. This is an opportunity to join a team with a unique and pioneering approach where the modus operandi is combining deep sector knowledge with a common purpose. Within the role there are no specific set targets but there is an expectation to take responsibility for their own work-load journey. There is a simplistic and flat management style, allowing for meaningful exposure to the most senior management.

The role would suit an experienced lawyer with some partner experience, although this is not essential and you could be operating at an associate level, looking to join a collaborative and collegiate atmosphere, where there is a focus on the 'whole' and a desire to drive the business forward.
