MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. 
 
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

As the Executive Assistant to our Founder and CEO, you will be a part of the Facilities and Admin team which has a clear mission:

MOO’s Founder and Chief Executive is looking to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to help manage his professional and personal worlds, in this award-winning, mission-driven and creative business.

This varied and fast-paced role requires a confident, experienced and self-directed individual with excellent people and communication skills. They will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.

Acting as the primary liaison between CEO and his direct reports, Chairman, Board Members, and other members of the wider team, the Executive Assistant will maintain an approachable, composed and professional attitude, whilst also living MOO’s values, supporting its culture and representing the CEO at all times.

Although working primarily for MOO’s CEO, the role will report to MOO’s General Counsel and VP Business Operations and work closely with her to further the mission of the Facilities and Admin team and ensure the smooth running of the board and Senior Leadership Team. The role includes managing a team of three across the UK and US, is based in Camden, London with expectations of being onsite 4-5 days a week.
Responsiblities
    • Extensive and ever-changing external and internal meeting and diary arrangements
    • Detailed task management and support in delivery Board scheduling, communication, and management
    • Coordinating and taking minutes of the Senior Leadership Team meetings and ensuring follow up
    • Assisting with preparation and delivery of annual business planning Direct support to the Chairman, and members of the UK Senior Leadership Team
    • Complex domestic and international travel coordination and logistics
    • Organising great company events & offsite planning
    • Expenses and other administration
    • Management of external commitments and personal tasks
    • Furthering the mission of the Facilities and Admin Team, managing the team, providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to help them achieve their goals
About You
    • Experience working with senior leaders, preferably a CEO
    • Have dealt with Boards of Directors Have worked in a fast paced creative and/or digital environment Be experienced with modern digital work tools - G Suite, Slack, Trello & Zoom
    • Extremely organised, confident and self-directed
    • Highly professional and discreet, whilst retaining a sense of fun
    • Have proven people management capabilities
    • Have a strong but empathetic leadership style with excellent communication skills and ability to engage and drive cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources
    • Guide by example, be humble about your role in the business and see your job as supporting not just the CEO but also the company
