Full Job Description

The Role
 

Provide executive assistant support to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, responsive, and confidential executive assistant support to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary ensuring that her priorities are actioned and achieved.
     
  • Manage incoming communications (mail, telephone calls and messages) and diaries, including travel itineraries, ensuring the optimum use of time.
  • Utilise detailed business and organisational awareness to ensure effective engagement with executives across the organisation and external contacts on behalf of the Group General Counsel.
  • Be required to manage and process Group General Counsel expenses / invoices, and billing/invoicing as required.
  • Be required organise or support team meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support as directed by the Group General Counsel to the Legal Operations Director for project work, and on an ad hoc basis to senior lawyers in the Legal Group.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience of providing executive administrative support at a C-Suite level.
  • Track record of managing business administration processes, for example, Workday.
  • Ability to manage challenging and conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with different cultures and ways of doing business.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office, applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint.
