Role:

The Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executive team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a variety of tasks with efficiency and confidentiality, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the point of contact for general communications, screening phone calls, emails, mail, visitors and other information requests.
    • Manage complex and constantly changing calendars, schedule and recording meetings, and appointments.
    • With financial prudence, this role involves planning, recommending, and securing complex travel arrangements for the entire company, encompassing flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
    • Some out of hours follow up required to ensure seamless executive travel, and to assist with off-site company events.
    • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, taking minutes as required.
    • Participate in meetings and learning events, engage in team initiatives and projects, and provide short-term backup support for colleagues.
    • Use technical tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (text processing software and spreadsheets).
    • Document management: conduct research, prepare correspondence, expense, and statistical reporting; create reports and presentations.
    • Manage various databases - statistical reporting; create reports and presentations.
    • Prepare and edit information products, presentations, and reports.
    • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports; reconcile complex statements.
    • Research and organize data to represent senior management, which may include directors, executives, and committees.
    • Event planning: Engage in planning for corporate events including staff holiday parties, summer picnics, and various other employee events.
    • Participate in orchestrating memorable corporate events (ie. Holiday luncheon, winter gala, small conferences and or workshops etc.).
    • Act as a virtual assistant and perform other duties as required.
Requirements - Experience:
    • Minimum three years as an administrative or executive assistant.
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate degree in business administration is preferred.
    • 2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience; travel related experience an asset.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
    • Exceptional  degree of attention to detail.
    • Working knowledge of general office equipment.

$75,000 - $85,000 a year

Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sunrise Farms. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
