Executive Assistant / PA - Egham, Surrey
Salary: 32,621 - 38,000 (dependant on experience)


We are currently seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / PA to join our client at their beautiful office location in Egham, Surrey. This role is pivotal in providing executive-level support to the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will already have experience of providing support at Board / Executive / Senior level and will be used to taking the initiative to plan, prioritise and progress EA tasks.

Role Details:
* Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift rota of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
* Salary: Band 6, starting from 32,621 with potential to reach 38,000
* Start Date : Immediate preferred, but can accommodate a notice period

Experience & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in providing executive-level support to Senior Management Teams
* Ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships
* Proficiency in diary management, minute-taking, and report writing
* Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Degree level education or equivalent experience
* Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
* Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable approach
* Ability to thrive in a small team environment

Some key Responsibilities include:
1. Provide efficient and confidential executive support
2. Assist in preparations for meetings, events, and visits, including research and presentation support.
3. Manage complex diaries for the Senior Leadership Team, prioritising tasks effectively.
4. Facilitate high-level committees, ensuring accurate minute-taking and follow-up actions.
