Position: Executive Chef
Salary: £45,000
Location: Nottingham/Long Eaton NG10
Hours: 37 - 40 hours per week (Working 5 days per week)

Blue Arrow are currently looking for a Executive Chef to join one of our contract caterers on a permanent basis for a higher education provider. If you have a real passion for food and you want to continue to grow your career, this role is for you.

We are looking for a experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our fantastic client who is the worlds leading food service and facilities management company who will produce outstanding food.

About the Executive Chef role:

• Plan and organise all direct preparations and cooking of food
• Making sure that the company's reputation is always quality with customers and clients
• Having a hands-on approach for all responsibilities when it comes to food production
• Driving sales throughout menu planning, promotions, and preferred suppliers
• Responsible for food safety throughout all aspects, HS and COSHH
• Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control
• Monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against all agreed budgets
