Job Title: Executive Chef

Location: RELOCATING TO Madrid, Spain
We recently partnered up with a top hospitality business in Spain and we are looking for an experienced multi-site Executive Chef with a lifestyle background to lead and manage this activity. We are targeting candidates with experience managing different outlets.
Your will:
• Establish, design , and implement processes and equipment improvements to optimize resources
• Organize and train teams for new restaurants
• Train head chefs in operational management, cost control, HACCP, and team leadership
• Continuously seek gastronomic improvements, sales strategies, and enhancements in presentation.
• Supervise and ensure quality control in all kitchens within the group
• Seek incentives and improvements for staff to minimize turnover
• Develop and implement new dishes in the restaurants
• Collaborate in the implementation of new dishes
• Monitor the launch of new products and test new raw materials
• Develop allergen menus
You are/have:
• +5 years experience in high-level large venues
• Several years of experience in a multi-site restaurant environment
• Strong customer service and down-to-earth mentality
• Very attention to detail
• Hands-on candidate
• Able to create good relationships with the team
• Commercial mindset
• Dynamic and goal-oriented
• Both a team leader and a team player with high social competence
• International experience is a must
• Fluent command of Spanish is a must. English is a plus
