Executive Search Consultant / Search Partner
UK & EU Life Sciences Market
Up to £75k base plus commission
Fully Remote
Opportunity for an experienced life science executive search consultant to join an industry boutique search firm.
The business is investor owned, one of four life science recruitment businesses in their portfolio. They concentrate on the UK & EU SME life science markets. They are looking to continue their growth by hiring fee earners to win business, provide senior account management and lead projects. You’ll be supported by an impressive team of researchers and delivery consultants. The organisation is a growing brand, offering a best practice life science executive search service.
You will have a proven track record in retained / executive life science market search, including business wins and senior account management. You will have recruited at c-suite level and be able to work collaboratively with all stake holders - internal and external.

The role is fully remote. However, there is a need to attend meetings and be near to the target market which is based in the Southeast of UK.
As a fee earning consultant, you’ll receive a base salary up to £75,000 with a cometitive commission.
