Extrusion Setter

We have an opportunity for someone with experience as an extrusion setter to join a well established manufacturer that works with presitgeous brands such as Aston Martin, Bentley & Rolls Royce based in Leicester.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for engaging and motivating a production team, and ensuring agreed production targets are met on the shift in line with the business requirements.

You will be responsible for mentoring and training production members on production processes as well as ensuring all production set ups are completed in a timely manner with the production plan and that tool care / management procedures are adhered to.

Salary

Up to £30,400 per annum (Depending on experience)
+ Discretionary bonus scheme (worth up to £1400)

Hours

Monday to Friday:

Week 1 - 05:50 to 14:05
Week 2 - 13:50 to 22:05

Rotating weekly with a daily break
