FI Relationship Manager, Trade Finance, Senior Associate (FRONT OFFICE)

My client is based in the City of London are looking for somebody to join their Financial Institutions team within our Front Office.

The role involves developing and executing relationship plans for existing clients, with a focus on collaboration across various teams.

This will include:

• Maintains and grows a profitable book of business through disciplined and proactive business development and relationship management.
• Understands stakeholders key relationship to insure to cover them up during their absence
• Analyses the needs of clients in order to effectively recommend appropriate products or services.
• Collation of KYC documentation for existing and new clients, liaising both externally and internally to meet all requirements.
• Accountable for overall portfolio management, compliance and risk.
• Monitors direct and operating exposures of portfolio to ensure actual performance is consistent with approved limits
• Completes accurate and timely credit actions, including periodic reviews, renewals and modifications

To be successful in this role, experience managing FI relationships and developing and structuring trade finance deals is essential. They are open from an experience stand-point for this role, therefor salary is flexible but I can say it is generous and on the upper end of the market rate.
