.A new position for an FM Cost Control Analyst has become available at our Cambridge headquarters. The Purpose of the position is to Co-ordinate, control, track, analyse and report on FM function spends.

Responsibilities:
- Provide FM function with financial insight into budget spend (Operational and Project)
- Prepare quarterly budget review materials
- Support annual budget submission
- Maintain accuracy of spending
- Explain financial position to non-finance personnel
Tasks:
- Track Function departments spend (Operations and Projects)
- Provide spend analysis including forecasting, trends and risk
- Create financial reports
- Ensure purchase order receipting and invoicing completed on time
- Maintain cost database (Power BI)
- Resolution of invoice queries
- Laisse with finance and procurement departments to align cost capture

Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge and experience of Purchase Ledger/Accounting cost systems
- Ability to use a range of IT packages including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Power BI
Certification:
- An appropriate financial qualification
Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a cost or finance management environment
- FM experience (desirable)
Additional local needs
Role is office based at Cambridge with the ability to work from home dependant on business need. Travel would be minimal.
