FP&A Manager - Retail

Are you an experienced FP&A Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the retail industry? Our client, a prominent retail organisation based in Leicestershire is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an FP&A Manager. This is a permanent position, offering a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning and analysis activities for the organisation, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues and expenses, monitor budget performance, and identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Analyse financial statements and variances, identifying key trends and potential risks, and presenting findings to senior management.
Support the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, providing meaningful insights to optimise business performance.Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qual with relevant working background
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
