28,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

Your new company

• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's, recognised globally.

Your new role

• Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial, public-attraction site based in Manchester.
• You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Painting, minordecorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, anyother general building service maintenance.
• Engaging with the client and the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to have experience in a fabric or maintenance role within a commercial environment.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
