Foot Mobile Fabric Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading maintenance contractors who are looking for an experienced fabric engineer to work on a foot mobile basis covering a portfolio of sites in the W1 and WC1 postcodes.

Duties:

• General maintenance duties
• Basic plumbing
• Painting
• Carpentry (hanging doors, changing locks)
• Office moves
• Replacing floor boxes
• Lamping
• Emergency light testing

Package:

• 37,000 - 40,000 (dependant on experience)
• Pension

• Travel card supplied for the zones the sites are based in.

This is a highly corporate role and very client facing role so a professional attitude is a must.
