Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients for the role of a Fabrics Operations Manager. Our client provides facilities, property, and landscaping services to some of the UK’s largest businesses. They work with their customers to ensure their buildings, workspaces and grounds are cleaner, safer, and more efficient!



What You Can Expect

  • Salary – Up to £45,000 plus 8% performance bonus
  • Location – East Hampshire

Main Responsibilities of a Fabrics Operations Manager

  • Oversee all operational works within your portfolio area.
  • Supported by and liaise with subcontractors and direct employees.
  • Liaise with clients at necessary level.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Manage assigned client portfolio with regular meetings and build new client relationships.
  • Ensure income is managed month on month with each client to achieve a sustainable relationship.
  • Oversee daily work programmes/schedules and progress of works.
  • Closely monitor progress against financial targets.
  • Hold regular progress meetings with subcontractors and our helpdesk.
  • Monitor expenditure within contract portfolio.
  • Assist with new work bids.
  • Assist in pricing contract add-ons and extra works.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary Health and Safety regulations.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience of Commercial Property maintenance.
  • Excellent IT, Excel, and Word.
  • The ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees, and subcontractors at all levels.
  • A high level of focus on service delivery standards and the achievement of targeted results
  • A sound appreciation of modern business processes and a commitment to best practice, innovation, and change.
  • An understanding of budgetary and financial management.
  • A demonstrable capability as a negotiator.
  • an efficient and transparent diary.
