Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Manager to join our team for an upcoming residential development project in Cambridge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the facade design and construction, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetic appeal of the development. The facades on the scheme are rainscreen, traditional brick and curtain walling.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of facade design and construction activities
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
• Manage the procurement and installation of facade materials and systems
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship
• Monitor project schedules and budgets related to facade construction
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facade management for residential or commercial construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods
