Facilities Manager, Manchester, Salary £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Aspirare presents an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join an esteemed Building Services business operating from their head office based in the Greater Manchester area. This role will involve managing a team of multidisciplined engineers offering technical support, driving team performance and development, and allocating resources.
Candidates applying must have expertise in either mechanical or electrical trades with relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage a team of engineers, allocating workload and providing technical support.
- Oversee team development, including hiring, appraisals, and coaching.
- Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.
- Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades (hold NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications)
- Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
