We are currently recruiting for our client, a leader in their field. Due to significant growth and expansion they are now looking to add to the team with a Butchery Manager, this role will take responsibility for the butchery team within this busy manufacturing site.
You must have a good butchery knowledge, understanding cuts and yields, ideally you will also have worked within an automated environment and be familiar with a range of machinery, however this is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will be a strong people leader, they will be able to support and guide a team to work in a different way, focussing on efficiencies and quality for the customers.
