Job Title: Fashion Graphic Designer

Location: Carlisle, CA3 8SY

Hours: 37.5 hours a week- Monday- Friday

Salary: Competitive DOE

Our client, a national leader and one of the largest retailers in the UK, are looking for a Fashion Graphic Designer to join their Ecommerce team based at the Carlisle Office as part of ongoing expansion through digital channels.

Job responsibilities

• Designing digital assets for emails, web banners and online marketing campaigns.
• Define and implement a best practice for content design, consistent with brand guidelines.
• Creating compelling copy to support your designs.
• Working with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to deliver seasonal concepts for use across broader digital communications.
• Be a champion for digital content standards.
• Researching and generating ideas to further promote products.
• Providing support for the wider Ecommerce team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Experience in design, preferably within a retail fashion environment.
• Creative flair, with a portfolio to highlight this.
• The ability to write compelling content within a brand’s voice.
• Attention to detail, both visually and proof-reading.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Time-management skills and the understanding of departmental workloads.
• Enthusiasm for the worlds of digital, design and fashion.
• Experience on CMS and digital marketing software.
• An interest in AI and how it can be used within a Content role.
• Knowledge of GA and other research tools.
