Company Description

Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Festival Activator for 4 months across the UK.

The Festival Activator’s role is to deliver our On Premise priorities on a festival site. You’re the face of the company across the festival circuit; a positive, knowledgeable, and proactive attitude is essential. You will be in charge of activating the festival marketing and sales plan across the site, constantly in search of additional opportunities across the site. This will mainly include carrying, stocking and setting up Red Bull POS across all bars and back of house requirements, as well as communicating and working with all festival site staff including festival operators, bar operators, production staff, security etc. There will be some inconsistent hours, long days, and a lot of travelling – activators will have to be able to work hard and play hard! It’s also a physical job that will require a lot of heavy lifting, walking, and sleeping onsite in tents. You would also be responsible for training bar staff with Red Bull values in mind and delivering sampling objectives onsite. You will be overseeing Red Bull bars and activations when placed and ensuring that Red Bull has presence in all touchpoints onsite at festivals outlined by the line manager (bars, food outlets, artist areas etc.), you will also be reporting and evaluating every festival activity. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 13th May 2024 to 16th September 2024. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. You must be able to attend the assessment day on the Monday 15th April 2024. It’s not for the faint hearted! Although you will be exhausted you will have the best summer ever!

Delivering on all on-site sampling objectives.

Reporting

Reporting and Evaluating all festival activity and volumes
Having a proactive approach to any issues that may arise.

Expectations

You must be able to commit to the full duration of the internship
This role includes working most weekends from week commencing 15th May to week commencing 11th September.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with some fun, but long days. This will be a physical role that will require a lot of heavy lifting.
Driving License is preferred but not mandatory

Project delivery
Delivering on all projects to ensure a quality brand experience for consumers at all festivals.

Brand reputation
Safeguarding and respecting the image and reputation of Red Bull across all aspects of the role. Act as brand ambassador at all times, ensuring you represent Red Bull in a professional way.
