We are excited to collaborate with a client near Newton Abbot, in seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional or Field Care Supervisor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Whether you are currently a team leader or a Senior Healthcare Assistant aiming to advance into a Field Care Supervisor role, we invite you to consider this opportunity. This position encompasses Newton Abbot and its surrounding areas, so access to transportation is vital as you will be conducting care assessments and customer reviews for the provider.

With the company's expanding operations, they are seeking candidates with a robust background in the care industry. The client places a strong emphasis on career progression, with the potential for this role to evolve into a Deputy Manager position in the future.This role entails a 40-hour workweek, with every other weekend off. It is divided into two primary responsibilities:
  1. Providing direct care to service users, which includes companionship, personal care (toileting and bathing), manual handling, medication administration, and promoting health and well-being.
  2. Visiting both new and existing customers, involving medication reviews, spot checks, creating person-centered care plans, collaborating with medical professionals, participating in an on-call roster, conducting spot checks to monitor healthcare workers' performance, promptly reporting concerns or issues to the Register Manager, advocating for the business within the community, and working from the office one day per week.
