Field Service Engineer

Full Job Description

We have an exciting new position with an established chromatography company founded in 1989 that has grown in the right direction since. They are keen to take on a service engineer who wants to be apart of a tight-knit culture that welcomes training and development down the M4 corridor

Day to Day:
- Working on multiple product lines including HPLC, GC, GCMS and Spectroscopy carrying out everything from installations, repairs, preventative maintenance and breakdowns.
- Staying regionally based for the most part down the M4 corridor with as little as 3-4 overnight stays per month

The right candidate will have the qualities listed below:
- Experience in the chromatography industry is highly advantageous
- Experience in laboratory environments as an engineer is necessary
- Ability to be flexible, and adaptive to the needs of the business to support the customer's needs.
- Working well with the team to ensure the best output.
- Strong customer service and communication skills for customer satisfaction.

Package details
- Salary dependent on experience
- 6K bonus scheme

- Sick pay Scheme whereby if anything were to happen, they pay up to 13 weeks 2/3 base salary
