  Fieldwork Admin Assistant

Fantastic opportunity to work for a specialist research company in York!! They offer a great working environment, and you will be joining a friendly team.  This role will Assist the Fieldwork Manager in the setting up and day to day management of research projects.

The job

  • Sourcing and booking field interviewers
  • Assembling and posting out interviewer work packs
  • Setting up Excel files to monitor project targets
  • Dealing with queries from interviewers and regional supervisors
  • Progress chasing interviewers during the fieldwork period.
  • Quality checking & validating of completed interviews for quality standards purposes

 

The Person

  • A positive attitude and ability to work to deadlines         
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
