Finance Analyst

Full Job Description

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a growing business in Worksop as they look to recruit a Finance Analyst on a full time, fixed term contract basis, with hybrid working available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in product cost modelling 
• Co-ordinate and labour and distribution costs from sites with a view to challenge as required
• Maintenance of site cost models
• Assist Commercial in new project initiation documents
• Deliver weekly and monthly margin/metric reporting
• Challenge and align the assumptions in the costings
• Ensure accurate and timely decision making information is available
• Provide scenario analysis for uncertain development situations
• Attend meetings to learn how the process works and assist in improving it
• Help co-ordinate post launch reviews

Person Specification:

• Previous management accounts experience essential and ideally working towards an accountancy qualification
• Numerate and literate
• Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skill
