Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Finance Business Partner to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team and support our operations department(s). As a key collaborator, you will provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance, ensuring optimal decision-making to help achieve financial objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of purchasing activities, including volume tracking, rebate attainment, and variance reporting.
  • Provide valuable insights to optimize purchasing decisions and improve efficiency
  • Provide in-depth analysis of distributor rebate programs, maintaining comprehensive models to track attainment, and gaps, and highlight opportunities to maximize rebate pay-out
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts. Monitor and report performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for the Purchasing Department and relevant stakeholders, highlighting KPI attainment and areas for improvement.
  • Analyse vendor performance and terms to support the negotiation of vendor agreements.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Purchasing Department, providing proactive financial insights, recommendations, and strategic support to drive departmental
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and resourcing planning
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline reporting, and optimize data accuracy, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Analyst role
  • 3-5 years’ experience financial modeling in Excel, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Thorough knowledge of PowerBI for analysis and reporting

Additional Information
  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
