Full Job Description

My client is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).

The Finance Business Partner will operate within the Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance. This role will involve partnering with one of the Business Units and Cost Centre Budget Holders.

Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Business Partner for one of the Business Units and Cost Centre Budget Holders, including conducting Headcount reviews
  • Supporting financial reporting processes such as Monthly Expense (ME), Forecasting, and Budgeting
  • Managing headcount and salary reporting
  • Controlling site overhead costs
  • Generating monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports

Finance Business Partner Skills:

  • Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role
  • Proficient in Budgeting/Forecasting and Variance Analysis
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with SAP
