Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their
reseller division. In this permanent role, you will play a key part in
driving the company's expansion and process improvement efforts,
working closely with the Managing Director to enhance profitability
and sales growth across the reseller network.
As the Finance
Business Partner, you'll be identifying performance enhancements,
providing insightful analysis, and implementing changes to drive real
results. Your expertise will be pivotal in improving the financial
performance of the function through in-depth analysis, scenario
planning, and comprehensive reporting.

- Lead the production of financial results reporting for the Franchise network, driving profitable growth and process improvements.
- Provide insightful analysis to support the team in enhancing reseller profitability and sales growth.
- Develop forecasting and scenario planning processes to identify and capitalise on future opportunities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven record of driving business performance improvements through effective partnership with business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and an analytical mind to derive actionable insights from financial data.
- Exceptional communication skills, collaborating as a key member of the team to achieve shared goals.
- Understanding of core financial processes such as sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control.
- Ability to work effectively to monthly deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Part or fully qualified accountant
