Full Job Description

This elite US law firm is looking for a 1PQE or March or September 2024 qualifier who is due to join their top tier Finance team in London.

The finance team is experienced in handling a wide variety of financing transactions. This role is generalist, representing private equity sponsors, hedge funds, corporate borrowers and portfolio companies, amongst other clients.

Trained with a top tier UK or US law firm.

Qualifying in England and Wales or a Commonwealth law jurisdiction.

Must have completed a finance seat.
