Finance Manager - Capital/Commercial or HRA

Full Job Description

I am recruiting for 2 permanent finance managers to join this London based Local Authority. Working on a hybrid basis, with 1 day a week in the office, your role will be to work closely with stakeholders to ensure the best use of financial resources as well as provide strategic financial advice, insight, intelligence and support.

Day to day you will lead a dedicated team whilst advising on funding, financial management and accounting requirements as well as advise on investment and funding strategies including risk and performance.

These are key roles for the Authority and the successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a background in HRA or Commercial and Capital Accounting. Full membership of CCAB is also essential (ideally CIPFA) as is strategic management experience within a Local Government or Public Sector organisation.

The roles are permanent, and the salary range is 62,000 to 70,000.
