Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is partnering with a growing SME in Liverpool who are keen to appoint a Finance Officer on a full time, permanent basis.
The ideal applicant will be keen to progress and seeking a new job in a growing industry. This role has come up as a result of new business wins and financial growth within the business.
You
will be working autonomously at times, and be skilled in a number of
administrative disciplines to ensure an
efficient and professional
service is provided to all stakeholders.
Knowledge of multiple-currency bank reconciliations is essential for this role; however, training will be given.
What you'll be
doing:
- Daily multiple-currency bank reconciliations
- Auditing and processing employee expense claims
- Company credit card management
- Assisting with year-end audit requirements
- Reconciling and servicing key suppliers
- Monthly sales analysis
- Purchase ledger assistance
- Holiday cover for other duties within the Finance function
- Key data logging
- Producing ad-hoc analysis and reports as required
What you'll need for the role:
- Proven track record of working in a comparable role
- Demonstrable experience of working within an office environment
- IT literate with the ability to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Graduate level with a desire to train as an Accountant
- Proactive individual, willing to learn and develop
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues, customers and business contacts alike
- Methodical, with strong attention to detail
