Financial Advisor
Location: Kent, Hybrid Working
Salary: Basic Salary up to £55,000 with a generous bonus scheme. Achievable OTE of £100k year one and £160k year two onwards.

Key Responsibilities required Financial Advisor:
- & identifying financial needs for new and existing clients
- product research
- money laundering processes
- holistic financial planning services
- lifestyle planning assessments
- financial recommendations to clients
- client financial reviews
- up to date with regulatory changes
- with professional partners
- to marketing initiatives
- an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
- in ongoing CPD activities
Requirements for the Financial Advisor:
- 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning)
- in an authorised financial planning role with competent adviser status
- ambition and attention to detail
- communication and interpersonal skills
