Financial Controller / Finance Director

Our client is an award winning food subscription business and they are now looking to recruit a Financial Controller / Finance Director to be the number one finance person for the business. This is flexible hybrid role working mainly from home and doing 2 days a weekfrom their headoffice in Shepton Mallet.

This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for the entire Finance function, which is broken down into 3 key areas of responsibility: financial planning & analysis, & commercial finance; financial control; and, financial insights, with the core focus being financial planning & commercial finance, driven by insights. As a senior member of the teamyou will play a critical role in strategic direction and growth, business partnering with the leadership team in making financial decisions.

You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience comensurate with the role outlined above andhave proven experience in strategic decision making, managing a small team and of working across operational and commercial departments in a fast-paced business.
