Full Job Description

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs.
  
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, taking appropriate action as required.
  
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting a supportive and caring atmosphere.
  
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  

• Regostered Qualification as RGN or RMN
  
• Valid NMC UK Pin or pending one.
  
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• A caring and compassionate nature.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
