We have an urgent role for a Freelance Finishing Foreman / Manager  to support the snagging on an apartment in the city centre.

The role involves taking instruction from the on site Project Manager, working through snagging list using Fieldview to deliver the apartments to a high standard.

The role really suits someone with a background in apartments / student accommodation / hotels who knows how to manage the issues across multiple rooms and coordinate multiple gangs on site.

The company have the potential for a longer term contract, even permanent positions but right now I have 6 weeks to offer.
