Our client is a leading specialist in fire risk advisory works, providing fire risk assessments to residential properties ranging from London to the Midlands.
They've been through a lot of growth since their inception 5 years ago, and due to the growth are seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing fire risks in residential environments and providing recommendations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire risk
assessments in residential buildings
- Identify potential fire
hazards and evaluate existing fire safety measures
- Develop and
implement fire safety plans and procedures
- Provide
recommendations to mitigate fire risks and improve safety
measures
- Collaborate with clients to ensure understanding of
assessment findings
- Stay updated on fire safety regulations and
best practices
Experience:
- Proven experience in conducting
fire risk assessments
- Knowledge of system design and build
related to fire safety measures
- Familiarity with relevant fire
safety regulations and standards
- Level 2/3 qualified
