Fire and Security Technical Support Engineer - East Sussex
- Basic up to 40k
- 22days holiday, rising with service to 25
Our client, a reputable Fire and Security company with over two decades of service in the Kent and Sussex regions, caters to a diverse clientele including Commercial, Public Sector, and Industrial sites. Due to expansion, they seek a Fire and Security Technical Support Engineer to spearhead their technical helpdesk.
Responsibilities of a Fire and Security Technical Support Engineer:
- Location: This is an office-based role in East Sussex.
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support across all Fire and Security systems to both Engineers and Customers.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- System Management: Manage and monitor cloud-based systems.
- Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of new technologies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: A competent fire and security engineer with a minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably with current involvement in providing technical support.
- Salary: Basic salary up to 40k and 22days holiday rising to 25 + BH's.
