About The Role

We’re looking for passionatepeople to join our team in Rock and Sole, our fish and chip shop on resort. 

The purpose of the role includes:

Providing an outstanding Fish & Chip takeaway experience, ensuring service, quality and consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all
Ensuring the food venue is kept clean and presentable
Keeping the outside and inside dining areas clear of any rubbish and waste
Making sure that you are washing, cleaning and sanitising of all catering equipment
Re-stocking fridges/freezers and stock areas where appropriate.
Maintaining the appropriate standard of cleanliness of the Traditional Fish and Chip Restaurant
Must cook all food to company brand standards
You will also ensure all Company Policies and relevant legislation is adhered to

About You

We're looking for people with a bit of experience in a similar, fast paced back of house area. Being a great team player is also essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day willever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots ofdifferent people.

Our restaurants are open in theweek and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work eveningsand weekends.
