Food and Beverage Assistant (F&B)

Location: Burgh Island

F/T: 40 hours per week,

Salary: £ (phone number removed) per annum

(Live-in accommodation is available, subject to availability. This starts at £25.00 per week.)

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team at this iconic hotel, positioned on a wildly beautiful and secluded tidal Burgh island.

You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be knowledgeable about food safety regulations, and have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is not a managerial position. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within the company.

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation and presentation

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests

- Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area

- Help with bartending duties as needed

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements/Skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

- Proficient in food preparation techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Excellent customer cervices skills
