Full Job Description

Are you a Foot Mobile Engineer looking for work? Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to cover sites in London . This is a to join a leading FM provider in their expansion and growth.

Work:

• All Mechanical and Electrical PPMs
• AC biased maintenance
• Reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems
• Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
• Supervise subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical
• Electrical qualifications
• 17th/18th Edtion
