An experienced PQS freelancer required to help a small cost consultancy operating out of South West London. Due to increasing workloads within residential / commercial sectors our client requires a project running “PQS Surveyor” to immediately assist them with a multi-year residential scheme for a Borough Council (over 250 dwellings and apartments) – project is live (on site) and other assistance required re: pre-contract administration on a £10m school.

Working alongside the Director, day to day duties will encompass pre & post contract administration and some project management experience would be warmly welcomed too! Our client is seeking to employ this person up to 3 days week for a period of 1-2 years.

Candidates wishing to apply must have a UK based PQS background and training, ideally be MRICS (minimum degree qualified). Applicants must be able to show good personal skills for team meetings and client interaction. Also, you must be able to deliver quality documents (excel/word etc) and be able to utilise familiar measurement software. There is working flexibility to work from home as suits but candidate must live within commutable location of South West London.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with a vehicle available. Day rate c£(Apply online only) (Ltd Co) plus expenses.
