Main duties:
To provide exceptional customer service and sales support
that inspires trust and confidence.
The Role:
- To work closely with Account Managers to deliver
exceptional pre and post-sales assistance, guaranteeing the best
experience for customers.
- To ensure accurate processing of
customer orders, and to act as the primary point of contact.
- To
ensure timely delivery of client orders, resolving issues and keeping
customers informed.
- To engage with clients to collect feedback,
resolve inquiries, and offer solutions.
- To work closely with
internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing
for smooth functioning of the organization.
- To keep a record of
all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and
timely.
- To carry out any additional tasks that may be needed
occasionally.
The Candidate:
- Fluent in
French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in
sales support or administrative role - beneficial
- Interest in
technology and strong IT skills – advantageous
- Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and driven
