• A background in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume 5-star hotel environment is crucial
• A passion for guest satisfaction and engagement
• Exceptional verbal and written skills, coupled with outstanding interpersonal abilities
• A keen eye for detail, especially in addressing guest feedback and enhancing their journey
