OPEN POSITION: 
Physical Therapist

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm

COMPENSATION: 
- $70,000 to $84,000 Base Salary; dependent on experience

COMPANY PROFILE: 
For more than 20 years, this practice has been offering occupational medicine, physical therapy, and orthopedic rehabilitation services to patients in the greater Boulder area. The practice has a culture that is friendly, energetic, and focused on teamwork. They have a team of more than 25 dedicated employees and are currently hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new physical therapist will work as part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, seeing patients recovering from workplace injuries and related conditions.

Services of the practice include, but are not limited to:

- physical therapy
- occupational medicine
- orthopedic rehabilitation

Physical therapists typically see 11 or 12 patients per day.  This number is adjusted based upon patient need, anticipated length of appointment, etc. to ensure each and every patient has appropriate, dedicated time with their provider.  Clinical assistants are available as needed.

The practice uses an EHR.

The practice is currently growing both in number of locations and patient census and, over time, will have promotional opportunities available for interested physical therapists, including such positions as Physical Therapy Director and Regional Physical Therapy Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
- completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- Colorado physical therapy license
- no experience necessary
- new graduates are welcome to apply
