Full Job Description

iKas International are recruiting on behalf of a market renown asset manager for a Full Stack Java Developer specialising in Low Latency, Multithreading, and Caching. This role involves collaborating with the team lead and developers on core Java backend development (95%) and minimal frontend work (5%). Responsibilities include designing UI components, working on decision automation and execution systems, utilizing messaging systems, and contributing to core architecture. Experience with Postgres and KDB databases is a plus.

Requirements:

• Strong Core Java backend development skills, with React or Angular exposure (Node.js is a bonus).
• Expertise in Low Latency, Multithreading, and Caching techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Knowledge of messaging systems and server-side development best practices.
• Experience with financial market data is advantageous.
