Full Job Description

1.  Childcare: Provide attentive and responsible care for the children, ensuring their safety and well- being at all times.

2.  Communication and Language Development: Support the development of effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and comprehension. Promote language development

3.  Age-Appropriate Activities: Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities that promote their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.

4.  Educational Support: Assist with homework and provide educational support based on the children's age and academic requirements. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

5.  Learning Environment: Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, engagement, and a growth mindset.

6.  Behaviour Management: Set clear and appropriate boundaries for behaviour, discipline the children in a positive and consistent manner, and promote positive social skills and manners.

7.  Transportation: Safely transport the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, or any other necessary appointments.

8.  Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns or incidents that may occur.

9.  Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality regarding the family's personal information.

•                     Knowledge of early years curriculum and educational methodologies

•                     Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
