My client is a close knit team based in the pictores Henley-on-Thames. Specalising in high end fit-out and refurbishment, my client delivers high end fit-out projects for blue chip clinets across the UK.

About the role:

As the Furniture Procurement Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of commercial interior projects. Your responsibilities include developing furniture specifications, producing pricing schedules, and transacting orders efficiently. You'll conduct showroom visits with clients and designers, coordinate deliveries and installations, and oversee quality control to ensure client satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail, you'll update our purchasing system and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, driving the expansion of our reliable supply chain. This role demands proactive problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Sage and strong financial acumen preferred.
