GCP Data Streaming Engineer | Contract | Cardiff - Hybrid

Maclean Moore have partnered with a global prestigious consultancy who are looing to hire a professional with extensive experience deploying large scale data streaming pipelines in GCP.

Cardiff based - Hybrid

Initial 3 months contract

Inside IR35

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, deployment of large scale data streaming Pipelines in GCP .
• Work on Data Streaming POC

Experience required:

• Expertise in python and DataFlow/ Apache beam
• Experience in handling streaming data.
• Strong experience in database replication using Message based CDC
• Experience in using Kafka implementations in a secured cloud environment.
• Configuration of Kafka Broker, Security. Schema Governance.
• Experience in Confluent Control Centre
• Strong database modelling concepts and SQL
• Experience using Cloud Spanner, Big Query, GCS
• Working in Agile environment.
• Development using Devops, Github, Confluence, Jenkins
• Google Certified Professional Data Engineer(Must)
• Confluent Certified Professional Developer (Must)
