Enver Studio is seeking a talented and experienced Game Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for an exciting VR multiplayer social experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of virtual reality gaming by creating compelling gameplay mechanics, immersive environments, and social interactions that captivate players.

Responsibilities :

• Creative Vision: Develop and communicate the creative vision for each title, ensuring alignment with Enver's overall strategic goals and objectives.
• Project Management: Lead and manage the development process for multiple titles, from concept to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement gameplay mechanics, features, and systems for a VR multiplayer social experience.
• Collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and other team members to bring your design vision to life.
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for VR interactions, ensuring a seamless and immersive user experience.
• Create dynamic and immersive virtual environments that encourage social interactions and exploration.
• Develop compelling narrative elements, quests, and activities that enhance the overall player experience.
• Conduct playtests and gather feedback to iterate on game design and mechanics, ensuring a high level of quality and player satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in VR technology and gaming to inform design decisions and keep the experience fresh and competitive.
• Work closely with producers and project managers to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that design goals are met on time and within budget.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience designing and shipping successful games, preferably in the VR or multiplayer space.
• Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and systems, with a focus on creating immersive and engaging experiences.
• Proficiency with game development tools and engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback to team members.
• Passion for virtual reality technology and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible in VR gaming.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a drive for innovation.
• Experience with multiplayer game design and social interactions is a plus.
