Garage Branch Manager Vacancy - Hillingdon! 

• Up To £40,000 Basic Salary + Saturdays Paid Overtime + Bonus (£53,000 OTE!)
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm / Every Other Saturday 8.30am - 4.30pm (Paid As Overtime)
• Unique Opportunity For Either An Experienced Automotive Manager OR Service Advisor / Workshop Controller Looking For A Step Up!

Our Client, a family run MOT and Repair Centre are currently seeking a Garage Branch Manager at their site in Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy site and rapidly growing business.
 
This successful company prides itself on honest work, sales and focusing on customer retention. This business positions itself away from the “fast fit” centres and their hard sell as it values its loyal customer base. Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, help drive the workshop.

Our Client is offering the successful Garage Branch Manager:

• Up To £40,000 Basic Salary + Saturdays Paid Overtime + Bonus (£53,000 OTE!)
• Working Hours: 8amam – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with Rota’d Saturday’s 8.30am - 4.30pm
• Company Benefits including Company Pension, Employee Discount etc.

Duties of a Garage Branch Manager with our Client:

• Running the branch including Site Maintenance and its up keep
• Customer Service whilst overseeing and allocating jobs to Technician’s and an MOT Tester
• Booking in Services and Repairs
• Pricing Up, Invoicing, Cashing Up and Banking
• Ordering and Sourcing Parts
• Monthly Reports

What our Client expects of the successful Garage Branch Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Similar Role
• Demonstrating Management Skills
• Proven record of excellent customer service skills
• Time Management
• A working history within the Automotive Sector
